EGG collects the following information to provide services: account information such as name, email, phone number, date of birth, and gender; ECG data and heart rate data via BLE device; breathing exercise records; stress detection data; and guardian contact information. This information is used solely for service provision purposes.
2 How We Use Information
Collected information is used for real-time heart health monitoring, personalized breathing exercise recommendations, AI chatbot conversations, guardian notification services, and service quality improvement. Health data is encrypted and stored securely.
3 Information Sharing
We do not share personal information with third parties. However, emergency notifications may be sent to guardians set by the user, and exceptions may be made when required by law. Anonymized statistical data may be used for service improvement.
4 Data Security
User data is encrypted and securely protected. BLE communication uses encryption protocols, and we apply the latest security technologies to prevent unauthorized access.
5 User Rights
You can check and modify your health records and settings within the app at any time. If you wish to delete your account, you can do so from the settings menu or contact our support team.
